I was just sitting here looking at floor plans. ( Believe it or not, this is how I relax and try to sort things out. ) It lets my mind work a little differently. Anyway, a thought occurred to me. Since you're having 2 conventions this year, why not have one that concentrates on writers a little heavier and the other concentrate heavier on guests.
I'm not saying to have either convention have just authors and the other just have guests. Have both, but concentrate a little heavier on authors for the one convention with a few guests. Then reverse it it for the other convention. Its just an idea and the meds have finally kicked in.

i had a short chat with comedian Brian Posehn (the Devil's Rejects, Undead or Alive). He said he's been approached to do conventions before, but doesn't want to charge people to get his autograph. I was thinking about asking him to come to the March Show as a guest sponsored by Some Die Nameless. Is there anyway, if i were to get him to confirm as a guest completely out my pocket, that he could get a 1 hour slot to do a set that night, maybe as the vendors room closes? perhaps a $5 ticket to help cover my costs. I dunno, just a thought. or if interested you could approach him. www.brianposehn.com

By any chance, will there be a room where board members could meet ? Just curious. I know it was talked about for the last HR. And I know, I just know there are people waiting to meet me... Yeah right, and the plague was just an inconvenience !
