I'm going over to see John in a little bit. I'll know more and be able to report on his progress. He had no business trying to push his car by himself to get it started. ( Which is how this whole thing started. ) He needs a keeper sometimes.

John is doing well. With luck he'll be home tomorrow. Now if only he'd listen to the doctor. I swear sometimes talking to him is like talking to a brick wall. You just can't tell him anything. We kid him about it when all of us get together, but you know now it's serious. Let's hope he's finally learned something.

OK, maybe once I can overlook something, but not twice in the same week. Hockey fans, and I hate to generalize and put labels on people, have the largest ratio of @ssholes per capita than any other sport. A young girl,a survivor of a brain tumor was smacked in the head at a game because she was wearing a jersey from the other team. It so happens that this other team had been to visit her while she'd been recovering from the brain surgery.
An honorably discharged Marine, awarded a Purple Heart, and presently a police officer was wearing a Rangers jersey in Philadelphia and was attacked by three goons in Flyers jerseys.
Hockey fans take this game TOO F*CKING SERIOUSLY ! Its a friggin game. Leave it in the arena. They get about half plowed before the game and then drink through most of the game. Then they get to feeling a little froggy and do sh*t without thinking. They should either stop selling beer at the games or find a way to limit how many beers a person can buy. Of the 50 or so fights I've personally seen in the stands, 100% were alcohol related.

Yes, I'm incarcerated again in Aspinwall. This is by choice. Last Thursday, an elderly female dementia patient got into my room while I was in therapy. When I got back, she was sitting in my wheelchair, looking out the window. ( I'm being transported back and forth to the Oakland VA from Aspinwall on a stretcher and I grab a chair there. ) I had to get a nurse to remove the crazy old lady. The one thing the nurse forgot was that she wheeled the woman out in my chair. She had to go back and get it from the woman. Oh its fun time again !

The title of this escapade should be SJ loses it in Aspinwall. I'm on parole as of 6/29. When I went down to Aspinwall, I assumed that things would be similar to past adventures, so I took along all my medications. WRONG !!! These were taken from me immediately and I was told that they would be returned to me when I was discharged. Next they needed to know where I was at all times. I had to sign out every time I left my room. I was transported back and forth to Oakland on a stretcher. It just kept getting better and better. Friday ( 6/29 ) they told me that I had to come back to Aspinwall after my therapy. I just knew that they weren't finished f*cking with me. I was done with therapy at 12:30 and had to wait until 3:00 for transport back to Aspinwall. They said I had to wait for doctor's orders. 6:00 and finally I got doctor's orders. I had to wait on transport again. I asked where the meds were that I brought down. I was informed that " Oh, they threw those away. " Rage suddenly overruled reason as I called the VA a bunch of thieving c*cksuckers and low life pr*ck motherf*ckers. I ranted and raved so loud that patients were out in the hall wondering what all the commotion was. Security was called. I explained to the zipper neck my problem. The doc was called and he ordered replacement meds. Some of those had just been filled a week before I left home. I'm so sick of the way government walks all over people and is never held accountable for it. You just get to a point where it has to give. Maybe they do it on purpose, I don't know.

Knock, knock, knockity knock, knock. HEY !!!!! This place has been like a tomb. No dogs humping cats ? No jokes, no stories. Nobody lighting farts ? Things just can't be that dismal.......... can they ? Hell, a friend of mine's kid just scored for the first time, and he's grinning like a butcher's dog ! Now he's hornier than a 3 peckered Billy goat. So horny that the crack of dawn better watch out. OK, I'll just mosey out the door...........
