I thought this place could use a thread to post music videos. I thought that a few minutes ago when I discovered a cool video that didn't fit into any other thread around here. I suggest using this thread to post stuff shot from the audience rather than anything that looks like it might be copyrighted, so that the good Horror Realm folks may be spared some grief.
This one from '93 popped up on YouTube just today. Dylan fan Liz Souissi, known as "Swiss Liz" in the Dylan bootlegging community, crashes the stage to sing with him on "The Times, They Are a-Changin'". Twice security tries to escort her away. Twice His Bobness intervenes to let her stay.
Meanwhile, hard-thinking music critics tell us that Dylan is too aloof.

Good idea Joe and thanks for helping spare us grief.

Great stuff! Always liked "When a Soldier Makes it Home." Arlo is #2 on my concert list. The only artist I've seen more times in concert is Dylan. Apparently they like "The Times, They Are a-Changin'" in the Netherlands, eh? Listening to Tom Rush now...

All of you snowed-in folks will need some entertainment this weekend, so I'm gonna post some more fans' videos that I hope you'll like.
Here's Roger McGuinn at the Carnegie Lecture Hall on 3/29/08. I was there & it was one of the best concerts I ever saw. He's playing the famous 12-string Rickenbacher (that's gotta be spelled wrong) electric guitar he played on so much of the Byrds' classic stuff. He also played his 12-string & 7-string (that's not a typo) Martin acoustic guitars & banjo on this evening. He's one of the all-time greats if you ast me.

Nick Lowe & Ron Sexsmith duet on an old Louvin Brothers tune. OK, so I guess there ain't been no new Louvin Brothers tunes for a while. They also did this at their show at the Fulton that I saw in 2007.

The line-up has changed over the years, but nobody does the jump blues & swing like Roomful of Blues.
