Can't wait for Monster Bash this weekend. I'm glad they stuck with the same place as last year. It was big improvement over the location from 2007. Frankenstein in the theme this year but I'll be looking for Creature from the Black Lagoon stuff. Best convention to find things from the classic films.
Akasha is going as well. Anyone else?

I'm going to pass this year. Hope you have fun. The Abbott & Costello home movies look interesting - sorry to miss that.

Probably not gonna make it this year... gotta save money and admission is a little steep for just browsing. i actually liked the '06-'07 location especially since it was just a few miles down the road from me... you can't beat that. butler is good but it's not a world of difference for me. have fun guys!!!

The main issue I had with that location was the guest having to be put into hotel bedrooms it was tough to find them and meet them. Though the hallway last year was pretty crowded as well.

I went to MB 08. I thought it was really neat, because I enjoy classic horror. I was geeked to see Elly May Clampett. However, I can't really afford the hour drive and $20 a person to get in. So, I will have to skip this year.

they just had Lou Ferrigno on the news from Monster Bash... apparently he was Michael Jackson's trainer and they were trying to get an interview.
i might have to try and get up there after all for the hulk's autograph.

Monster Bash 2010 was lots of fun! I haven't been in a while, and it was nice to get back. Got to meet Chilly Billy and George "The Animal" Steele! Enjoyed the presentation by local UFO kook Stan Gordon. Best of thing of all: found an autographed photo of William "Blacula" Marshall!!! Thanks again to Rich and Akasha for dragging my sorry ass all the way to Butler. You guys are the best!

Thieves abound. Ideas and substances are stolen and refitted. Just ask A.
