The last one I have been to was Tom Savinis before he moved it to Monroeville. Fantastic special effects. Loved it. Didn't love being scared and the kid in front of me most likely didn't love me having a death grip on his hoodie.

I am not a fan of the fake haunted houses. I would much rather go to a real haunted site. Ex: Gettysburg, WV Penn etc.

Maybe it was Century III. I'm not sure. I went when it was in the Rostraver area, some where near/in Washington County first.

I've heard told that certain buildings at CCAC North Side are haunted. Also Chatham college. The Benedum residence is a part of Chatham's campus, and the ghost of Clyde Benedum is there. He died around the age of 17 from appendicitis. Supposedly he had an affair with one of the maids who was much older than him and he can be heard at night going up and down the back steps. Mrs. Robinson and The Graduate in the afterlife.

Down here in Central Florida we have Howl o Screams and Halloween Horror Nights that put out some good haunted houses. The bad part is they are at theme parks and the mobs are intense and the prices are rather high. Luckly I have annual passes to Universal and I get discounts for Halloween Horror Nights.
Most of the non theme park haunted houses around here have shut down. The good ones are all in South Florida

The behind-the-scenes videos looked great, but a trip to Florida was out of the budget for me.

Hopefully, she will respond to this thread and let you know her opinion.

Duquesne Student Bar Association is looking for the scariest haunted house within driving distance. Suggestions? Scarehouse. No debate. Most fun evening would be Kennywood.
