It pisses me off that they keep taking my horror movies away from me. I usually check it out looking for some to watch. I bitched at comcast for years now trying to get the Horror channel on and the chiller channel with no luck. They rather add LOGO and more sports channels than even one horror channel. How many sports channels do we need? Really? I'm just about ready to switch to the dish. I'm so tired of the over priced controlling Comcast shits. Ok just to double check because I can't open facebook comcast is dropping fearnet right?

No. We will still have it here (Comcast owns FEARNet). It's being dropped elsewhere by other systems.

This is related to Time Warner and Bright House Cable.
Bright House serves Florida. Time Warner Cable serves customers in the following 28 states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
So if your cable system is not TW or BH, you're not losing FEARNet. Yet.

Still, I'm sick and tired of horror being shoved in the closet. Not only by comcast which in a way is did by not giving us a horror channel. It's ok to have 20,000 home improvement shows and sports channels out the wazoo and the multitude of smut channels, but refuse to give us just one horror channel. Now Fearnet is being removed from stations which just shows you where horror is placed. Bull crap if you ask me.
